The first year Lorie and I put up a Christmas tree, we had so few ornaments that we made several of our own. We’ve filled in the tree quite a bit since then, so now we can really only hang about half of them in a given year. As it turns out, this is all according to plan– Lorie feels this rationalizes the addition of a second tree to the household. Of course, we barely have room for one, so we remain a one-tree apartment… for now. I’m sure that plans are being hatched.
