As you may or may not know, I’ve been at the Jentel Artist Residency for the past several weeks, and I’ve fallen into something of a routine… sort of. “Routine” makes it sound oppressive or something, but it’s actually quite nice.

Of course, I do a little more with my days than this. There’s a lot of chit-chat with other residents that isn’t incorporated into these panels, and it would probably be more accurate to repeat the “Coffee!” panel at least two more times, if we’re counting cups. Then, of course, we’d have to add a “Hot Chocolate!” panel or two for the evening. And if we wanted to get really nit-picky, then there would have to be tooth-brushing and other matters of personal hygiene and biological necessity, which I’m not willing to depict at this time!

There’s only one more week left here at the residency, and then I’ll be returning back to Montana, and back to Lorie! It’s been a great stay, and I’ve met some wonderful folks, but I do miss Lorie quite a lot! Oh, and by the way, if you’re in Sheridan, Wyoming tonight (that is, Tuesday, March 6th, 2012), I’ll be presenting some work along with my fellow residents at the “Jentel Presents” event at the Sagebrush Community Art Center. Things get started at 5:30 pm.
